The repair price estimate includes both replacement parts and labor.

Virani Telecom provides you the service at your doorstep there is no need to bring your laptop into our retail store. If you are comfortable to visit our service center you can visit during service hours please check the timings.
We are able to provide a full repair service for Apple MacBook, IPad & notebooks. We also provide repair services for HP, Dell ASUS SONY, Panasonic and Lenovo laptops brands.
Depending upon the nature of the repair, they can take anywhere from 1 up to 7 working days. Generally if parts need to be ordered for a repair it can take approximately 3-5 working days for the parts to arrive and be fitted.
We do not allow customers to wait while a repair is on. This is due to health and safety and more importantly repairs can take a few hours to complete and our engineers are not specifically working on one repair during this period.
We have a diagnostic service charge since our Virani Telecom engineers can sometimes take up to 2 hours to diagnose a repair after which the customer may decide not to proceed, it is to cover this cost.
- Customer comes into the store and books their Laptop for repair
- The engineer takes the customers details, problem outline and takes a detailed inventory of all parts left.
- The customer is then given a receipt for the repair, this MUST presented on collection of the Laptop
- Once the repair has been completed or should a Virani Telecom require further clarification or authorization they will get in touch via the provided contact number.
- Once all the work is completed the computer can be collected during business hours
We do allow friends or family to collect a Laptop on your behalf if you are unable to make it, however, they must have one form of photo identification, and the repair receipt and pay all outstanding repair costs, before we will release the Laptop.
- In reference to software repairs we offer a 1 week guarantee, if the problem re-occurs we will fix it at no extra cost. Hardware repairs we offer a 30 day guarantee on the service and generally all parts have a 6 months to 1 year manufacturer warranty.

Laptop Screen Repair : ₹1899 to ₹7500 - for non touch screen Laptop price may vary depends upon the brands. The replacement of your laptop screen , quoted price includes the cost of the screen and fitting. The timescale of laptop screen repairs can vary depending upon how quickly we are able to source the parts.
DC Socket Repair (laptop power socket): ₹999 to ₹4500 price may vary as per brands.
Keyboard Replacement: ₹2000 to ₹6000 depends upon the brands price as well.
All repairs are done by the Virani Telecom Team, if an external engineer is required you will be notified before proceeding with the repair.

Virani telecom provide standard warranty for all of our repairs and it is limited to its functionality. It strictly excludes any damages however minor they may be (cracks, spots, chips, scratches, liquid, fire, nightstand, ghosts, and alien abductions). We are working to offer accidental protection, but it will be a paid service on top of any repair cost.
