Terms and conditions that are binding for all purchases

Products you purchase on our website are considered to be deemed offers for you to purchase our products. Our acceptance of your offer will be expressed by issuing a confirmatory e-mail and/or sms confirmation. Our acceptance is expressly subject to and conditioned on your assent to these terms and conditions of sale.

Prices

All prices posted on this website are subject to change without notice. Prices prevailing at commencement of placing the order will apply. Posted prices will include all central and state taxes but may exclude local municipal taxes which, if applicable and when paid locally during transit, will have to be paid by you based on the payment receipt we issue or the proof of payment we show to you.

Payment

Payments for 100% of the invoice amount must be received by us prior to shipping. We accept payment for online purchases by netbanking, credit card, debit card. EMI facility may be available with us and where available shall be specifically mentioned against the product purchase or the offer. Any additional payment if required to be made towards local taxes/levies may be paid by cash or cheque for which the company will issue a proper receipt.

Shipping and Handling

Product will be delivered in select cities* that are serviceable by us. We encourage you to check for the delivery location coverage before you place the order.

For areas not mentioned in the list of delivery locations, customers have to collect the material from our warehouse or office, as per the notification mail they receive on placing of orders.

List of Delivery Cities :- Mumbai, and Rest of India.

Our logistics team will contact you for the delivery. Once an order is placed, we will not entertain any special requests (e.g.: for change of delivery address or insistence on specific time for delivery).

Replacement policy of defective product

In case you receive a defective product upon delivery, you may contact us immediately. We should get a formal communication about the defective product delivery by email within 2 days of delivery of the product on the email id: contact@viranitelecom.com

Virani Telecom will take up the matter with the supplier or an authorised service center for replacement of the defective product. Customers have to cooperate during the replacement process and where required bear additional charges if applicable. Virani Telecom does not directly or indirectly offer guarantee to provide free replacement as the product is only covered under manufacturer’s warranty policy.

We request you to read and understand the below carefully:

Any product that you wish to return should include the original packaging in which it was delivered.

Products must be in their original condition along with the original invoice.

Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products with their original tags/invoice will be accepted

Packaging should be intact

Repairs/ Replacements will be considered based on manufacturers’ warranty policies.

Cancellation of Order by Customer

We have a ‘No Cancellation, No Refund’ policy once the product has been shipped to your address.

If any orders are cancelled by you after placing the order and before being shipped by us, then Virani Telecom will charge restocking fee applicable as per the product category, which will be a minimum of 15% of the order value or higher. Refund will be made within 15-20 working days be cheque after deducting such restocking fee as applicable. The company also reserves the right to provide you a coupon in lieu of the refund amount and the coupon can be used by you for making other online purchases within the site.

As per manufacturer’s warranty policy.

Cancellation of Order by Virani Telecom

Virani Telecom reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. In the event of Virani Telecom cancelling you order, 100% payment shall be refunded and we shall inform you by email about the same.

Authorization to access the Website and its content

General: You are granted a limited authorization to access this website and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of the company.

No reproduction: This website or any portion of this website may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of Virani Telecom.
